Topguns Golden Ruffles  (4013) 5.50” flower, 4 branches, 20 buds, Dormant, 28 inch scape, midseason bloomer. I hope to have a better picture of Topguns Golden Ruffles next year as it is much more ruffled and has a better form than the pictures shows. This flower is a strong re-bloomer for me, and  doubles at about 90% of the time for me on an average summer. The color of Topguns Golden ruffles is a golden yellow with a green throat.
