Description:
I saw this flower blooming in my seedling bed back in 1999 and was fascinated with its potential.
I have used it on spiders to produce narrow petal red flowers with yellow and gold edges. And
I am using it on wide petal and double flowers to produce wide petal red flowers and double red
flowers with yellow and gold edges. Topguns Edgemeister is producing some fabulous seedings
that will be introduced in coming years. The flower is normally about 5.75 inches in diameter.
Topguns Edgemeister is a hard dormant flower that blooms at about 27 inches tall once
established. I usually get 3 to 5 branches with around 18 buds on them. This is an easy test. To
use as it sets pods easily, and it blooms midseason.
