Description:
(T9138, Erin Lea X Emperors Choice)
I named this flower after my youngest daughter. It is a large
and striking flower with 4 to 5 way branching here after it is
established. Topguns April Hall is definitely a lemon yellow
showing a lot of green in the yellow, with a deep lime green throat.
The petals are heavily ruffled and very thick. The blooms open
at 5.00 inches and larger. It opens well and early. I am using
Topguns April Hall for the first time in my hybridizing
next Spring in my quest for dormant ruffled doubles. I have no
reason to believe it will not be both pod and pollen fertile.
This is a dormant tetraploid.
